Welcome "back" to  Please allow me to give you a short history lesson and I promise you can go find the information you want shortly.

My name is Jon Miller.  Back on February 16, 2000 I started after having experimented with a couple free websites to learn how this all worked.  The idea was (and still is) to get as much good information out there as possible.  I knew how much I had learned on my own over the years and I just wanted to pass that knowledge and experience on to others.  Basically, I wanted to create the source of information that would have helped me.  However, due to costs, I shut down late in 2005.  I have been busy helping my brother's racing career and keeping his website up as well (  I had to find a new webhost for that site and found that the same company provided a free website as well.  So I decided to bring back on January 3, 2006.  I figured that if I could keep this information up here on the web for free, I might as well do it.  All you have to do is put up with the advertising they put at the top of each page.  I think it's worth it.

So, now I'm getting older than when this all started.  My exercise lifestyle has changed to staying fit and healthy as so many things get hurt easier now days.  I have actually made the move to working out at home.  This has helped a lot since I have been traveling for racing.  I even started my own "Pit Crew Help" service in 2007.  I have the Bowflex Ultimate 2 (and yes, you can actually get a good workout on it).  However, the fact remains that bodybuilding is what started it all for me and still influences how I workout today.  So, welcome "back" to  I hope this site helps you.
